As an Experienced Social Worker, you will manage a varied caseload and complete Care Act Needs Assessments using strength-based, person-centred approaches. You will work closely with partners in health, education and other agencies, supporting young people and their families with compassion, honesty and respect. Your work will promote independence and ensure each young person’s voice is heard. You will work across both children’s and adult services to help young people experience a smooth, positive transition. You will need at least two years’ post-qualification experience, Social Work England registration and a DipSW or equivalent.
