We're now looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to take the lead on driving and delivering proactive change initiatives as part of a Continuous Improvement culture.

A Typical Day may involve
* Building strong relationships with Account Managers and Department Heads to proactively identify needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Translating client operational requirements into focused improvement projects that enhance performance and service delivery.
* Communicating progress on initiatives clearly and regularly using agreed KPIs, ensuring transparency and alignment.
* Lead on defining a plan, and implement improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth handover and clear accountability across teams.
* Identifying areas for cost and service improvement across the network.
This role would suit people who
* Bring hands-on experience working within dynamic supply chain operations.
* Have a proven track record of driving performance improvements and embedding best practices.
* Be skilled in applying CI methodologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
* Be confident in leading change, engaging teams, and taking people on the journey.
