Lead Software Engineer role at SquaredUp. Location: UK Remote. Contract: Full-time.

What you’ll do
* Lead a small but mighty engineering team of developers and testers
* Work closely with Product Managers to explore requirements and translate them into designs
* Plan and manage efficient and high-quality feature delivery by your team
* Develop across the full stack of React / Typescript / Node.js / AWS Lambda / DynamoDB
* Collaborate with other engineering and platform teams to ensure consistency, quality and performance goals are met
* Mentor your team while growing your own leadership skills in an environment that supports career progression
* Attend industry conferences, meet customers, and participate in technical communities
You’ll bring
* Excellent leadership qualities with experience mentoring and leading small teams
* A deep understanding of operating and supporting a SaaS product at scale
* Eager to hit the ground running and make a meaningful difference from day one

Remote and offices
