Job Brief
We are looking for an organised and dynamic IT Manager to join our IT team. The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing technology projects within scope and timeline constraints. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, ranging from infrastructure upgrades to software development initiatives
Job Purpose
The main purpose of the job is to:
• Liaise with customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Continual service improvement meetings with both internal and external parties.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes and their implications.
• Maintain open and effective communication wi
the stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules,
and meeting notes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation at project completion.
• Conduct regular project reviews and quality assessments.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Manage risks and issues proactively to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure resource availability.
• Identify and engage project stakeholders and create communication plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and enforce project quality standards and best practices (ISO27001 & CE+).
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations.
• Assisting the Head of IT with forecasting and continual improvement roadmap.
Experience & Skills Required
• Proven track record as an IT Manager with a history of successful project delivery.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage teams an prioritise tasks effectively.
• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
