The Role
* Teaching Media Studies across KS4 and KS5
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons covering theory, analysis, and practical media production
* Supporting pupils with coursework, exam preparation, and independent projects
* Encouraging critical thinking and creativity across a range of media forms
* Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
* Contributing to curriculum development within the Media department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Media Studies, Film, Communications, or a related subject
* Experience teaching Media at KS4 and KS5
* Strong subject knowledge of contemporary media theory and practice
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and achievement
* A professional, organised, and enthusiastic teaching approach
