Pay: Starting from £17.00 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller (Toolmaker) to join a busy engineering team. This role involves programming, setting, and running CNC milling machines to produce mould tool components and EDM electrodes.

Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and run CNC milling machines to manufacture mould tool components and electrodes
* Manipulate 3D CAD files and ensure accurate production to drawing specifications
* Repair, maintain, and modify mould tools as required
* Safely operate the overhead crane (training provided)
* Assist with training apprentices and less experienced colleagues
* Work flexibly across different production sites as needed
* Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation (HASAW Act 1974)
* Perform any other duties necessary to meet production and company objectives
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with CNC milling machines and 3D CADCAM programming
* Proven ability to maintain and modify mould tools to drawing
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
* Willingness to work flexible hours to meet production demands
* Strong team player with a proactive attitude
