Manage full range of electrical work including complex repairs and resolving minor issues, alongside testing and inspection maintenance.
Complete pre-planned maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
Perform reactive and remedial repairs following testing and inspections directed by the Helpdesk.
Plan and complete a range of works associated with the electrical systems, including installation and testing.
Use initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, sourcing parts & materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.
Provide detailed write-ups to keep clients up to date.
Carry out all works within agreed timescales and to the highest standards, complying with current regulations and contract specifications.
Report and record procedures, including operation and maintenance logs and control measures to minimise risks.
Utilise PDAs or electronic devices to complete works.
Liaise closely with the control hub to ensure efficient response to all works, either on your own or as part of a team.
Observe highest levels of health and safety, carrying out point-of-work risk assessments for every task.
Provide regular out-of-hours cover on a rota system, typically 1 in 6.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a building maintenance role, particularly with planned, reactive and remedial maintenance.

Current Full UK Driver's License.
