A mission-driven VC firm is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to help build the systems and tools that support a new wave of companies tackling humanity’s biggest challenges, from decarbonization and bioengineering to machine learning and planetary health.
They are a small team of technologists (ex. Google, Facebook & Dyson), operators, and scientists backing and building alongside deep tech startups at the earliest stages. You’ll be the fourth engineer on the team, with the opportunity to design and own core products and infrastructure from the ground up.
This role blends product‑minded engineering with startup‑level autonomy. You’ll ship internal tools, data platforms, founder‑facing products, and experimental projects all aimed at helping world‑changing companies scale faster and smarter.
Essentials for this role:

Bonus experience (not required):
* Background in early‑stage startups, venture studios, or R&D environments

* Interest in supporting mission‑driven founders and scientific innovation
