* £21.00 per hour (PAYE)
* £28.09 per hour (Umbrella)
Carbon60 is recruiting for an experienced Enablement Support professional to join a leading aerospace and engineering client based in Broughton. This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme focused on production ramp-up and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support production areas with project-based initiatives
* Implement new ways of working and best practices to drive enablement
* Ensure compliance with EHS and Airworthiness standards
* Drive continuous improvement through the SQCDP process (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People)
* Provide lineside support to resolve production blockers
* Act as a liaison between departments, including facilities and maintenance, to ensure SLA adherence and delivery targets
Candidate Profile:
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Adaptable and proactive with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Experience with Workday and SAP (desirable)
* Proficient in Google Applications
