A Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is looking for a solicitor to work in the Commercial property department at their offices in Slough.
The firm is looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in comm prop work to manage a caseload of quality commercial property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements. Day to day work will involve but not be limited to commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases and assignment of leases when acting for the landlord or the tenant.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be 70k to 80k depending on experience.
