Responsibilities
* Provide general HR advice and redundancy negotiations to tribunal work, TUPE, collective matters and project advice.
* Support corporate matters as necessary.
* Engage with clients across sectors including education, agriculture, food, public authorities and family businesses.
* Take on responsibilities for business development, marketing, team expansion and department strategy.
* A following is not required.
Qualifications
* Proven and demonstrable experience in a plethora of employment issues as listed (general HR advice, redundancy negotiations, tribunal work, TUPE, collective matters and project advice).
* Established network in Lincolnshire.
