Marketing & Customer Service Assistant – Milton Keynes – Up to £28,000 + benefits. Ives Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively with an established international business renowned for high-quality products and excellent service, with a focus on environmental sustainability. Based at their UK Head Office in Milton Keynes, this is a newly created opportunity to join the team and work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business.
Responsibilities
* Support marketing campaigns and activities, including using MailChimp
* Analyze customer data and assist with website support
* Manage social media, schedule posts, and monitor customer reviews
* Assist with event management, including hospitality for customer meetings and training, and coordinating trade shows
* Provide customer service support: take calls, advise on products, and respond to inquiries
* Undertake ad hoc administrative duties within the Sales Order team and general office tasks
Qualifications & Skills
* A passion for Marketing, Social Media and Customer Service
* Competent user of MS365 products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, able to work on your own initiative
* Organised and flexible in your working style
* Keen to learn and develop
