Job Description
3. Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
4. Reconciliation of supplier statements
5. Managing the purchase ledger
6. Preparing payment runs
7. Processing staff expenses
8. Reconciling bank statements
9. Assisting with month-end processes
10. Providing support to the wider finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
11. Relevant exposure in a similar role/qualifications in Accounting & Finance
12. Excellent numerical skills
13. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Ability to manage own workload effectively
16. Good communication skills
