The Role As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth and expanding the drinks portfolio across both on-trade and off-trade channels in a designated Northern Ireland territory. Your focus will be on developing key relationships, increasing market share, and delivering strong commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Drive profitable sales growth in line with company targets across both on-trade and off-trade sectors. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Focus on expanding the wine portfolio, increasing visibility and on-trade listings across your territory. Deliver quarterly sales and margin targets through effective territory management. Implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches. Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, trading, marketing, and telesales to ensure excellent customer service. Ensure adherence to company credit control policies and procedures. About You 2-3 years' field-based sales experience in a proactive role, preferably within the licensed trade or alcohol sector. Proven ability to grow sales and consistently exceed targets. Strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric mindset. Strong relationship-building and networking ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Full, clean UK driving licence.
