Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Home Manager to lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a 49‑bed residential home in Ramsgate, Kent.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the home.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.
* Lead and inspire the dedicated staff team to provide outstanding, personalized care to residents.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar setting.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities, hands‑on approach to care, forward thinking.
* Good knowledge of care standards legislation, including Fundamental Standards.
* Completed or willing to undertake NVQ/Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management.
