Support Worker
Location: Pelton, County Durham
Salary: £22,932 per annum (based on 35 hours per week)
Contract: Full time and part time positions available
Working hours: Will include days, nights and weekends

Oaklea’s Adult Care Home in Pelton, provides care and support to people with learning disabilities. In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.

You will be required to work closely with a small team. You must be confident in communicating with people who may who may have challenges communicating with you.
Working hours will include days, nights and weekends – examples of support sessions are: (8am – 10.00pm/ 8.00am-3.00pm/ 3.00pm – 10.00pm/ 9.30pm – 8.00am)
