We’re looking for a Support Services Team Leader to join our team based at St Charles Hospital. In this role, you will support a team of Frontline FM colleagues, ensuring high standards of service delivery across multiple sites in Central and inner London.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 3 months
1. £31,655.00 per annum, pro-rata
2. 37.5 hours per week
3. 5 days out of 7 (Monday–Sunday), flexible hours
4. DBS required
About the Role
You’ll manage your own time between properties, providing hands-on support to colleagues and customers. This is a varied role that combines supervision, administration, and customer interaction—perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in facilities management.
What You’ll Do
5. Supervise and support a team of FM colleagues across multiple sites
6. Plan and allocate work, manage rotas, and ensure standards are met
7. Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
8. Complete administrative tasks including timesheets, stock orders, and audits
What We’re Looking For
9. Previous experience managing or supervising a team of domestics or receptionists
10. Strong customer service and administrative skills
11. Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
12. Practical experience in cleaning, catering, & floor maintenance, ideally within a hospital setting
Where you’ll be
Based in St Charles Hospital covering Fulham, Westminster, Chelsea, Kensington, Chiswick, Soho.
