About the Role You will: Support students with SEMH needs to engage in learning and build emotional resilience. Deliver small-group outdoor learning sessions, including gardening, horticulture, and Forest School activities. Lead enterprise projects such as plant sales and crafts, helping students develop real-world skills. Assist with alternative education pathways and accredited learning (AQA Unit Award Scheme). Use trauma-informed strategies to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing. What We're Looking For Experience working with young people with SEMH needs. Ability to lead engaging outdoor and alternative learning activities. Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach.
