Salary
Up to £53,200 FTE DOE, plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus (one payment of £1,500 after one month, one further payment of £1,500 on completion of probation). T&C’s apply.
Hours & Contract
37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 08:30am – 16:30pm (part‑time hours may be considered). Permanent contract (term‑time only, or flexible full‑time contract can be discussed).
About the Organisation
Outcomes First Group (OFG) operates specialist education and care brands across the UK, including Blenheim Schools and Meadowcroft School. OFG focuses on research‑led, personalised learning programmes for children and young people aged 5–19.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the education team to deliver bespoke occupational therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neuro‑divergent, or have social‑emotional and mental‑health needs. Hold an OT caseload under the support of a designated clinical supervisor and site lead. Contribute to staff training and consultation, support a multidisciplinary clinical team, maintain safeguarding culture, and follow OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working.
Essential Criteria
* Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
* Valid HCPC registration
* Registered member of RCOT
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing OT services in a similar setting (preferred)
* Experience working with neuro‑divergent and/or learning difficulty and/or SEMH populations
* Sound knowledge of OT theory and its practical application to support independence
* Experience in multi‑professional work
* Ability to work independently, flexibly, and confidently
* Clear, concise report‑writing skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Interest in sensory integration or sensory‑informed practice (SI training preferred but not essential)
