As an Operations Chef, you’ll prepare and cook dishes to exact specifications, manage production shifts, support staff training, and maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:
As part of our busy kitchen team, you will:
13. Manage daily production shifts
14. Train and guide shift staff, ensuring correct procedures are followed
15. Prepare and cook food items to approved recipes and specifications
16. Monitor yields and ensure minimal waste
17. Maintain quality production standards across all dishes
18. Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and gategroup regulations
19. Prepare material lists for designated recipes
20. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
What You’ll Bring to the Team
21. Basic Food Hygiene certification
22. Chef experience in high-volume catering/production
23. Strong teamwork, communication & time-management
24. Ability to work under pressure with accuracy
25. Self-motivated, detail-focused, and reliable
