Job Overview
A Customer Service Assistant at Edgefield Craft Butchers plays a key role in creating an excellent experience for every customer. You will work closely with our Sales Director to onboard and assist with customer query's and admin. You will work as part of an admin team on site to support the daily operations of the business with the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Duties
* Support Sales Director with price files and onboarding of new customers.
* Be point of contact on site for customer service related queries.
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
* Communicate effectively with staff and clients regarding service related tasks
* Assist in general admin duties to support the wider operations team
* Support with in coming calls and inputting orders
Requirements
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
* Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
We are a Family owned business and are happy to be flexible with hours, we would be looking to recruit the right person to work 26-35 hours working 5 days a week (working Saturday AM) please apply if you think this is you.
