Apprenticeship Skills Tutor - Electrical
Location:
Worksop, with offsite working (subsidised travel expenses)
Salary:
Up to A£37,199 per annum including Market Force Supplement (dependent on qualifications/experience)

The Role:
1. Planning, delivering, and assessing apprenticeships in Electrical Apprenticeship Standards.
2. Supporting the development of up-to-date knowledge, skills, and behaviors aligned with employer needs in the electrical industry.
3. Coaching, assessing, and supporting apprentices on electrical courses.
4. Using e-portfolios and conducting on-site performance reviews and assessments.
5. Maintaining accurate records of student progress using tracking systems and e-portfolios.
6. Building good relationships and managing a caseload of apprentices.
7. Communicating effectively with a diverse range of people and organizations.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Confident assessor/tutor capable of engaging a wide variety of learners.
* Relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher.
* A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).
* Excellent IT skills.
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
* IQA Award (desirable).
