MMP are currently recruiting for reliable and experienced Multi-Trade Operatives with their own van to work within the social housing sector within occupied or void properties covering West London postcodes. You'll carry out several larger repair's jobs within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. £24.50 ph CIS on a 40 hour week basis (Own van required) Areas of work: West London Postcodes Key Responsibilities: Carry out general repairs and maintenance to domestic properties Multi-skilled works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and damp and mould.
