Electrical Project Manager
Location: Maidenhead- Work in London
Salary: Up To £75,000
We are currently working in partnership with a well-established Electrical Services contractor that has been successfully trading for over 30 years. Due to a number of exciting new projects being secured, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team, based in and around the London area.
The role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial environments. All projects are located within London with a rare chance of working away- however you must be willing to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities
As they embark on an exciting scale-up journey, they are looking for a dedicated Electrical Project Manager to join the team in there Maidenhead office, This role involves
* Deliver commercial fit-out projects in and around London, strong background in managing electrical installations
* Oversee electrical installations from start to finish
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and on-site teams
The Opportunity
As a Electrical Project Manager you will play a critical part in the continued growth of the business through your client-facing role, you will being responsible for managing and prioritizing your workload, ensuring that the information you are responsible for is captured in the systems and communicated to the client in a timely fashion, to the highest standards.
* Professional responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of all Electrical projects
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Continued monitoring of project costs during the project lifecycle (including labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors) and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints through to handover.
* With the support of the Operations Director, completion of Electrical Valuations monthly including consolidation and reporting of approved and unapproved variations.
* Managing and coordinating site teams, in-house labour, and other specialist subcontractors to ensure efficient deployment and adherence to the programme..
Experiences Required
* 3 Years + Electrical Project Management Experience
* Good PC skills,
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and team working skills
