The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll work directly with landlords and property owners to secure their listings with PropertyLoop. As a Lettings Negotiator you will conduct consultations via phone and video call, present the benefits of our platform, negotiate terms, and onboard properties onto our system. This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where Lettings Negotiators are required to have strong communication skills, professionalism, and drive.

Responsibilities
* Contact landlords and property owners to secure new property listings for PropertyLoop
* Conduct property consultations via phone and video call to understand landlord requirements
* Present PropertyLoop's platform benefits, services, and competitive advantages
* Advise landlords on market conditions, rental values, and property positioning
* Negotiate terms and secure agreements to list properties exclusively with PropertyLoop
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
* Handle objections professionally and find solutions to close deals
* Progress property onboarding through documentation, photography, and listing activation
* Meet and exceed monthly targets for properties secured and listings activated
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
* Provide excellent service throughout the landlord onboarding journey
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident and professional on phone and video calls
* Sales-driven mindset with ambition to hit and exceed targets
* Resilient and able to handle rejection positively
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Customer-focused approach - genuinely want to help landlords succeed
* Professional presentation and demeanour
* Comfortable with negotiation and closing deals
