Are you an experienced Senior / Lead Design Manager looking to move into a leadership role?
This is a fantastic opening for a Change Management Lead to work on the Ellison Institute of Technology, in Oxford.
We are looking to reinforce our future project technical leadership of the business by investing in high calibre Senior Design Managers with our world class people and development strategies.
What will the role look like?
* Management of change both internally and externally raised.
* Management of the Change Management Software
* Key reviewer of change raised
* Allocation of roles within the LOR team and supply chain to compile/assess the change
* Compilation of the change response - Technical, Programme and Commercial
* Weekly review of the status of change with the LOR project executive
* Weekly review of the status of change with the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
* Change management communication with the project exec and the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
* Agreement of change with the client Project Managers and Cost Consultants
What skills & experience are we looking for?
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Keen eye for detail
* A deep understanding of the design management role under a variety of contracts
* Previous experience manage all elements of the technical design process for large scale major projects, from bid and pre-construction phase through to project completion
