As Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Managing enquiries and booking appointments for the team
Handling client communications and telephone calls
Organising fee earners’ diaries and supporting their day-to-day needs
Logging client funds and processing invoices
Audio typing using BigHand and using the case management system
Providing general secretarial and administrative support
As Legal Assistant, your experience will include:
Previous experience in a legal support role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication with clients and colleagues
Familiarity with legal case management systems
Experience with audio typing (BigHand preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
