This role is responsible for managing and supporting end-user devices, ensuring seamless operation and security across our desktop estate, and leveraging Microsoft Intune for modern device management. You will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team whilst ensuring the desktop provision is suitable, scalable and achieves the highest standards. This role offers opportunity to utilise technical expertise in Windows environments, endpoint security, and device management as well as working with all other directorates and managing user expectation. This position plays a key part in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and positive impact across the organisation. About You Below are some of the key essential experience, skills & knowledge required for this post: Lead criteria : Proven experience in desktop support and endpoint management. Lead criteria : Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. Proficiency in Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting. Good knowledge of Autopilot, MDM policies, and application deployment. Experience with Entra and Conditional Access policies. Good knowledge of scripting skills using PowerShell. Good knowledge of desktop security principles Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
