We are seeking a skilled Small Works Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within construction, fit-out, or maintenance, with strong organisational and planning skills. They will be able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously and possess a full UK driving licence.
In this role, you will provide accurate and competitive quotations for small works projects, organise labour and materials to ensure smooth project delivery, conduct site surveys and assessments, and sign off completed works to ensure compliance and quality standards.
You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing subcontractors to maintain performance and safety. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and are looking for a new challenge, we would like to hear from you.
