We are LDN Property People, a growing Property Company looking for bright, enthusiastic candidates to join our team of Inventory Clerks.
Your role as an Inventory Clerk will involve travelling across the city and attending properties to report on the condition through taking photographs and creating accurate check in/check out reports. The role will also require you to meet with tenants to collect or handover keys and show them around the property.
We are therefore looking for confident and professional candidates with good communication skills, who would represent our company well. Full training would be provided and this role would suit somebody looking for flexible or part-time work, as we pay per appointment attended.
We have Inventories throughout the week, including Saturdays (and occasional Sundays) so if it is varied working hours you are looking for, or just weekend work, we would still like to hear from you. If you have an interest in a career in the property market and think you are the ambitious, flexible person we are looking for, then this is the role for you.
You will require a
1. Laptop/ computer for editing work
2. Smart phone with a good camera
3. UK Drivers or Motorbike licence with use of your own vehicle.
