We're looking for someone to manage the production for products within our Deli / Bakery. You must have the skills and experience to supervise a small team over varied roles.
This role consists of:
* Baking pies and sausage rolls for the shop and wholesale customers
* Assisting with production of our bakery items including; pork pies, sausage rolls, pie fillings
* Driving forward our Deli items including producing products for breakfast and lunch on our hot sandwich counter, ready meals, pates and terrines - ensuring high quality and great taste at all times
* New product development
* Serving customers in the shop during busy periods
* Supervising a small team and working with the Butchery Managers
* Training new members of the team
* Organising the production and stock control each week
The most important thing is that you are organised, have an eye for detail and thrive from working in a fast paced environment.
This role is 45 hours a week Tuesday to Saturday (with Sundays and Mondays off) from 7am to 4.30pm. Salary will be dependent on experience. Hours and days can be discussed for the right candidate.
We're looking for someone who has customer service and supervising experience who has previously worked in a catering background. They must be:
