About Chambers

Founded in London's financial district Canary Wharf, and now situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, 25 Canada Square Chambers brings a modern approach to advisory and litigation work. We provide specialist legal services for our clients in each of our Practice Areas of Civil Litigation, Lender Services, Insurance Services, Personal Injury, Housing and Insolvency.

Counsel at 25 Canada Square Chambers have collectively attended in excess of 66,000 hearings for leading FTSE 100, lender and insurer clients. With broad civil expertise, including a particular strength in consumer credit actions such as motor finance, creditor-debtor relationships arising from payment protection insurance (PPI) agreements and commission-based sales models, 25 Canada Square Chambers is a market leader in the delivery of legal services for clients.

About the role

The successful candidate will provide exceptional clerking services to Counsel and Clients. They will be required to manage Counsel's diary, including allocating cases, allowing them access to case papers and updates from clients. They will process job bookings, both via email and telephone, ensuring all job details are input accurately into LEX. They will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have:

* Exceptional attention to detail and time management
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Is able to work effectively as part of a team
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience of diary and case management, in a similarly fast paced environment (Desirable)
* Working knowledge of Lex Chambers Management Software, or relevant training. (Desirable)

Working hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
