We currently have a position for an Administrator /File Opener in their Conveyancing Department. Their busy residential conveyancing department opens many files each day and requires exact input of details into their case management system of all details and then liaise with clients before physically opening the file on their software. This is a full-time office-based position Monday to Friday and would be a dual role with part time reception duties on an ad hoc basis. This role is available immediately and it would be desirable for the suitable candidate to have some experience in residential conveyancing, competent computer skills and experience in telephone and face to face customer service positions.
