Key Responsibilities - Safely operate a Tugmaster to transfer trailers on and off vessels. - Assist with mooring and vessel loading/unloading procedures. - Marshal freight and passenger vehicles for embarkation and disembarkation. - Maintain cleanliness and safety across port areas. - Follow structured operational procedures and safety protocols. - Adapt to training on new equipment and systems. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth port operations. Experience & Qualification - Experience operating large vehicles (HGVs, Tugmasters, or similar). - Previous work in port operations or logistics is a plus. - Full, clean driving licence. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Commitment to safety and following structured procedures.
