We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager / YouTube Channel Manager to join our team This is your chance to work with a growing Islamic channel and use your skills in content strategy, post-production, and analytics to make an impact.
What We're Looking For:
Native Speaker – Fluency in Swaili is essential to manage and engage with our audience effectively.
Islamic Knowledge – A general understanding of Islamic teachings and culture is required.
Muslim Candidate – Since our channel focuses on Islamic values, we seek someone who shares this perspective, but it is mandatory to be Muslim and being good at your work and detail oriented.
What You'll Do:
Manage up to 8 videos at different stages of post-production.
Launch, schedule, and optimize video uploads on YouTube.
Oversee post-production processes and ensure content meets quality standards.
Coordinate translations, voiceovers, and final edits.
Work closely with editors, artists, and translators for seamless production.
Develop content release strategies to maximize engagement.
Analyze video performance metrics and implement improvements.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
3+ years of YouTube management experience – Expertise in SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and successful video launches.
Technical Skills – Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and post-production processes.
Strong Communication – Ability to coordinate with freelancers, editors, translators, and designers.
Flexibility – Open to working evenings and weekends when needed.
