 3. Managing journey maps and campaign calendars
 4. Owning comms journeys and end-to-end campaigns - Copy, Design, Targeting set-up
 5. Test plans and learning summaries
 6. Tasked with measurable improvements in retention and engagement
 7. Leading with A/B testing
 8. CRM channel planning - Email, SMS, In-App and Push
The Successful Applicant
 9. 3+ years of proven CRM experience
 10. A background working in a similar data focused industry - Finance/Insurance/Gaming etc
 11. Previous experience in CRM channel planning (Email, SMS, In-App, Push)
 12. Test design and execution of campaigns (A/B, Multivariate)
 13. Collaborate with internal data and creative teams to translate insights into messaging
 14. Journey orchestration, personalisation logic, dynamic content setup
 15. Audience segmentation and QA targeting logic
 16. Extensive experience building campaigns (Emails and SMS)
 17. Technical understanding or CRM data flows and integration points
