Brook Street are recruiting customer service officers to support our public sector client, Valuations Office Agency * Start Date 7/1/26 running until 31/03/26 with possible extension * £14.47 per hour, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday * Possiblity to work hybrid work model * Weekly Pay, plus holiday accrual and pension scheme Job Description As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting VOA customers needs and ensuring every customer receives a postive experience within a busy environment. You will experience handling a range of customer enquiries via various communication channels. The CSC prioritises speaking to customers over the phone, however you will also carry out a range of data processing and administrative tasks to support the operational functions. As Customer Service Officers, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing an exceptional service. Your role involves assisting customer with enquiries efficiently and professionally and navigating VOA systems. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. While it can be challenging, this role offers the chance to solve problems, support customers, and develop valuable customer service skills.
