As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Protection team and seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join a supportive, high-performing environment. You will work alongside a strong Mortgage Advice network, receiving warm leads and helping clients put meaningful protection in place that safeguards their financial future.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will:
Provide expert advice and quotations on protection insurance products
Manage your pipeline effectively in line with company policy
Maintain accurate records and strong case administration
Engage clients in a compliant, professional and customer-first manner
Convert warm leads from Mortgage Advisers
Deliver against sales targets while maintaining high conduct standards
Demonstrate strong awareness of customer outcomes and risk
Contribute positively to team culture and performance
What we're looking for
Knowledge of leading protection insurance contracts
Strong administrative and time-management skills
Ability to manage a structured pipeline in a regulated environment
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Commercially driven and target focused
Confident IT and Microsoft Office user
Professional communicator who builds trust
