About The Role
As a College Services Assistant at EKC Ashford College, you will provide effective and efficient administration as part of the College Support Services team.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the processing of enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries on the corporate data systems, as well as helping operate the Service Help Desk, reviewing logged jobs, contacting support services, and coordinating pool vehicle bookings.

About You
We are seeking to appoint a College Services Assistant to join our team. The team is based in an open office environment, so you will need the ability to focus on tasks while answering calls and handling queries. Your duties will be varied and involve working with staff, students, and external stakeholders, making excellent customer service essential.
The team manages all incoming curriculum applications for the upcoming academic year and current short courses. You will also be involved in various college processes, including the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records, and exams. Experience working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential.
