Southcroft Lodge provides hotel-style accommodation for patients discharged from hospital, support for those in Crisis in the Community, long-term supported-living community placements and B&B step-down from the hospital.
We are an expanding not-for-profit Social Care organization that provides high-quality accommodation and support for Service Users who experience Serious Mental Illnesses.

Position:
Business Administrator
Salary range: £26,500 - £28,000
We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic, qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Business Administrator.
The main goal of this role is to provide administrative skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Company, with particular attention to the administration processes as well as providing administrative and communication skills to ensure the front-facing aspect of the Company demonstrates to all our Stakeholders, Business partners, and Commissioners our Core Values of Professionalism, Respect, Kindness, Care and Dignity at all times.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
1.Customer Service or other relevant qualification - Essential
2.Further qualification in Business Administration - Desirable
3.Detailed planning, organisational and time-management skills - Essential
4.Ability to organize and oversee that other office activities are completed (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) - Essential
5.Ability to co-ordinate and manage Outlook / TEAMS Diary for meetings and appointments - Essential
6.Completion of general administrative duties including filing, emailing and photocopying - Essential
7.Maintaining information on systems and databases - Essential
8.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Essential
9.Ability to manage own workload to deadlines; both personal and for the Team - Essential
10.Excellent numeracy skills - Essential
11.Ability to take meeting minutes - Essential
