Permanent opportunity for a permanent Building Surveyor in Liverpool for a housing association Your new company Your new company is a social housing provider based in Liverpool. Your new role Reporting to the Property Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance and investment services to our customers, including reactive repairs, void management, stock condition surveys, contract administration and reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance responsibilities are fulfilled. This is a challenging and demanding role, offering an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.
