Customer Service Advisor - Work from home Pay - £12 per hour Contract - 4 week contact with a view of extension 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, no weekend Shifts between 9am to 17:30pm Training - 2 days Equipment - You will need a laptop/Desktop that runs via Windows 11. You will also need a need a head set that runs via USB. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling incoming customer queries and providing a first class service, ensuring our customers leave with a positive, lasting impression ?The Role? Handling queries and bookings from customers via inbound calls, email, web chat, white mail or social media forums. Meeting challenging targets for Quality of interaction and process follow through. To ensure the best Customer service experience is given to all customers. To achieve KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) whilst maintaining excellent quality. Ensuring that all consumer contact is handled in a professional manner in line with the client's methodologies, values and principles - maximize all interactions to promote their Brand. ?Please note; successful candidates will be required to pass a DBS check.?
