Working as a Topps Tiles Sales Assistant is unique in the retail sector. As a valued member of a small team, you’ll help customers visualize their projects and find the right products to make their tiling projects a success.
This role involves more than just operating a till. As a service specialist, you'll develop valuable sales skills, support customers, and contribute to store revenue.
Unlike other retail jobs, you won’t need to work late evenings, and you’ll enjoy 3 days off over Christmas.
You’ll also earn commission on each sale you facilitate.
Build long-term relationships with trade customers, use your creativity to inspire and advise on design and style choices, and gain product knowledge to assist both trade and retail clients in selecting the best products.
The best part? No prior knowledge of tiles or retail experience is required!
