About the Role Anderson Knight Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-established business on the outskirts of Edinburgh to recruit a confident and proactive HR Adviser. This is a true generalist role, supporting site-based HR operations in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The position will involve travel within Scotland, partnering with managers and employees across multiple locations, so a full driving licence is essential. While you will operate as the primary HR contact on site, you will also be part of a wider HR function, giving you access to ongoing support, collaboration, and professional guidance.
