Bid Co-ordinator - Infrastructure SectorHead Office based role | McGinley Support Services, Watford, Hertfordshire£30,000 - £40,000 +PerkBox, Quarterly BonusWe're hiring a Bid Co-ordinator to join the Business Development team at McGinley Support Services - one of the UK's leading recruitment specialists in infrastructure.This is a pivotal role, where your ability to manage, coordinate and produce compelling and compliant proposal documents will directly support our future growth. You'll be working across departments, bringing together input from sales, marketing, project delivery, legal, and more - ensuring every submission is delivered professionally and on time.What you'll be doing:Coordinating and producing RFI, SQ, PQQ, ITT and RFP documentsMonitoring opportunities across internal and external channelsManaging contributions from multiple stakeholdersMaintaining version control, formatting, and ensuring branding consistencyDriving improvements in bid quality, structure and languageSupporting document governance, sign-off, and submissionWhat we're looking for:Proven experience in coordinating and submitting proposals within a complex business settingStrong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word and document formattingExceptional attention to detail, organisation and time managementA collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with bid and proposal tools and best practices (APMP qualification desirable)Why McGinley?We've supported major infrastructure projects for over four decades, working across rail, highways, energy, ports, and more.
