We are seeking a Director of Clinical Services for a renowned acute mental health hospital in South West London, known for its excellence in patient care, therapeutic innovation, and clinical leadership. This is a high-profile role within a specialist hospital setting, offering inpatient care for adults with complex mental health conditions including acute psychiatric illness, addictions, and eating disorders. As Director of Clinical Services, you will: Lead the strategic and operational delivery of clinical care across the hospital Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice in mental health care Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and service development Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, influencing organisational strategy Mentor, guide, and support a multidisciplinary team of over 200 clinical professionals Deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence What We’re Looking For: A NMC, HCPC or Social Work England registration (e.g. RMN, OT, Psychologist, Social Worker) Significant experience in clinical leadership roles within mental health services In-depth understanding of acute inpatient care, mental health legislation, and safeguarding Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills A passion for delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care What’s in it for you?
