Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, sourcing passive talent, running assessments, and performing pre-employment checks.
* Provide ongoing support to stakeholders throughout the process, actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment.
* Proactively source top-tier talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and employee referrals.
* Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations and work closely with the marketing or communications department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance recruitment processes, onboarding, and retention, such as best practices implementation, global framework alignment, intern and early career programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, SLA improvements, among others.
* Utilize our SuccessFactors ATS to keep information up to date for the team and candidates; develop metrics, KPIs, and evaluate the effectiveness of attraction tools/channels and outcomes.
* Negotiate offers and manage the closing process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Continuously search for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
* Understand recruiting metrics and reporting standards; familiarity with SLAs as they relate to the business.
* Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide a positive candidate experience during the hiring process, including timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2 years of experience as a Recruiter conducting end-to-end processes for mid-large and complex organizations.
* Demonstrated success in high-volume and specialized recruiting.
* English proficiency with excellent communication skills to challenge and influence at various levels.
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments.
* Nice to have: Familiarity with SuccessFactors (ATS); basic Spanish proficiency.
