Summary
This role offers an opportunity to shape a new service area and lead interface management for offshore wind developers in the early design stages.
Responsibilities
* Help shape our dedicated project support offer to an offshore wind developer in the early project stages.
* Provide interface management support to key clients, including responsibilities for:
o Requirements capture
o Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation support
o Stakeholder management
o Applying suitable controls and decision logs to information flow
o Contracting support
o Support the development of wider package‑management offerings in our core technical areas
Qualifications & Skills
* Significant experience in the offshore wind industry providing project or interface management to a developer, OEM, or foundation designer.
* Track record of developing and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders within the offshore wind industry.
* Clear communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Understanding of key commercial challenges faced during an offshore wind project.
* High‑level understanding of wind turbine or wind farm technology.
* A degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
* A strong team player with willingness to create new and different solutions.
* Chartered Engineer status.
