The Role
In this exciting role, you’ll:
· Grow and develop existing customer accounts while driving new business.
· Build long-term partnerships through regular meetings and proactive engagement.
· Create and deliver tailored business development plans with each customer.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profit.
· Represent the company at customer meetings, training sessions, and events.
· Provide insights on customers, competitors, and market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in business development, account management, or field sales.
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and negotiate.
· Excellent relationship-builder with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
· Organised, resilient, and confident managing multiple priorities.
· Familiarity with CRM systems would be a bonus.
Location: Ideally based in the Central Belt of Scotland (with flexibility for surrounding areas).
