About The Role
Group Commercial Services are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join the Group Fleet and Insight Operations Team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. Reporting into the Group Fleet Operations Support Manager, you will manage the operational responsibilities of the group Fleet sales platform whilst maintaining high levels of integrity with brand fleet departments. You will act as the first point of contact for network and customer enquiries across the fleet and specialist sales areas.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
* Manage support tickets raised by our network via our resolve platform, including price protection requests, invoice or pricing queries, or requests for copy invoices.
* Support our brands' requests for bulk vehicle movements to help achieve month-end targets.
* Participate in network training and support agency processes.
* Handle administration and reporting to ensure adherence to SLAs and efficient workload management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and adopt LEAN practices.
Required qualities:
* Great attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Highly organized and a team player.
* Proactive approach to reaching quick resolutions.
* Previous sales support experience with system and reporting exposure.
